How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

My journey into learning to fly an FPV-style drone began with this one, and it's been an excellent platform for learning. Initially, it was challenging, not something you can just pick up and fly out of the box, especially for someone lacking experience like me. At first, I found it frustrating, solely due to my lack of control skills. However, with time and practice, I've honed my abilities to the point where flying this drone has become immensely enjoyable. The only downside, common to most drones, is its limited battery life, but swapping batteries is a simple task that gets you back in the air swiftly.
The drone itself is quite impressive. It appears to be specifically designed to introduce people to the hobby. Although I've spent numerous hours in simulators, giving me a grasp of flying, I was uncertain of how the drone would respond in reality. Hence, I began my first flight in hover mode. Transitioning to sport mode only necessitates considering throttle control, while switching to manual mode unleashes its full capabilities. These modes are toggled via a switch on the controller, with another switch adjusting PIDs through slow, mid, and fast presets. These presets primarily affect the craft's rotational speed in three-dimensional space. While I didn't notice a significant difference in throttle response, there might be some. The tuning makes switching between modes feel quite intuitive, resembling a takeoff procedure—hovering off the ground, maneuvering into position in sport mode, and then fully unleashing in acro mode. Sport mode is quite enjoyable too and doesn't feel overly restrictive, akin to training wheels.
Overall, it's a delightful little drone. It boasts good range relative to its size and responds well to the included radio controller. Additionally, it can be used with simulators using the provided USB cord. The goggles are straightforward to use, which is beneficial for FPV newcomers. Although they lack vision adjustment (which is typical for this price range), they accommodate most glasses wearers. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to enter the hobby, or as a gift for older children and teens.
Initially, the entire system worked flawlessly until a problem arose with the directional joystick. Despite some initial difficulty explaining the issue, BetaFPV support promptly responded with a replacement once I provided photos. I'm currently flying both the small drone that came with the basic Cetus starter package and the Cetus Pro drone purchased later. I'm highly satisfied with the system and making good progress in learning FPV flying.
